latest news on the tower

The tower project is all set to go ahead.  Michael Amor is coordinating ETSA, engineer (Con Whale) and SACBA (Tim Borgas) to lower the tower and complete the work needed.  We are just waiting on the Grant application results which should be out soon.

There are a few things happening

There are a few things happening -

The BBQ trailer has arrived and will commence BBQs at Drakes again next week.

A registered copy of our Incorporation Certificate which has been missing since 2010 has been secured.

Negotiations through our accountant with the TAX dept. to drop our $8000 dept. has been organised and this should be finalised by the end of the year.

We have one vacancy for a member on the Committee.  Contact Elisabeth on 0432414686 if interested.

Elisabeth is working on the New Committee Member info pack  - do you have any ideas to include as to what it should contain?

Has everyone got their new member packs - Was the info helpful, any suggestions for improvements?

January will be an open meeting for members to attend.

Hope to organise a BBQ for members also soon to celebrate the trailer.

The Agenda for the committee's next meeting (next week) should be out by the end of this week.
